By the time people come to us, they have usually tried several different diets. Some of these diets have worked for a short period of time but few have delivered long-lasting results. This is because cutting out major food groups, or drastically cutting calorie intake will only result in long term failure, often with repercussions for health.
We work with clients to promote sustained weight loss and optimal health. We often concentrate on seemingly unrelated symptoms which the client has never realised could be hindering their weight loss, such as an underperforming thyroid, or water retention due to food intolerances.
